TOSMONT servis s.r.o. was founded in 2016. Since summer 2022 we have been producing in new facilities in Jindřichův Hradec. We build on quality, on-time delivery, and fair communication. Our team counts 20 people, we operate 24 machines, and we handle both custom and series production from 1 to 10,000 pcs.

Our production covers CNC milling (3/4 axes including horizontal), CNC turning with bar feeder, EDM wire cutting, grinding (centerless and conventional – internal / external), gear cutting and thread rolling. We prepare samples for approval and then provide repeatable series production.
We manage quality according to ISO 9001. We provide CMM measurements, height gauge, and hardness tests; we issue inspection reports on request. With partners we also arrange heat treatment, surface finishing (zinc plating, black oxide, hard anodizing, natural anodizing, chroming, nickel plating, rubber coating, etc.). We deliver within the Czech Republic and to Germany (exports since 2019).

Since 2016 we have been continuously investing in technologies for precision chip machining. We manufacture on milling centers with 3/4 axes including horizontal, turning centers with bar feeder, EDM wire cutters, and grinders for final accuracy. We also ensure material cutting, gear cutting and thread rolling. Quality control is carried out on CMM — we maintain repeatability both in samples and in series.
