This policy describes how TOSMONT servis s.r.o. processes personal data of natural persons in connection with its activities (inquiries, contracts, production, web and communication).

What Data We Process and for What Purpose
We process only data necessary for the following purposes:
A) Inquiries, contracts and order fulfillment – Name and surname, company, ID/VAT ID, contacts (e-mail, phone), delivery data, payment data, correspondence, technical documentation (drawings, 3D/2D data). Legal basis: Performance of a contract / negotiations prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), legitimate interest in the protection of rights and claims (Art. 6(1)(f)).
B) Suppliers and business partners – Identification and contact data, contractual and billing data. Basis: Art. 6(1)(b), 6(1)(c), 6(1)(f).
C) Recruitment and selection procedures – Identification and contact, CV, cover letter, interview notes. Basis: Negotiations prior to entering into an employment contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). Storage for future selection procedures only based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
D) Marketing and business communication – Name and e-mail/phone. Basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) or legitimate interest for existing clients (Art. 6(1)(f)). You can unsubscribe at any time.
E) Web, forms and analytics – Technical data (IP, device identifiers), necessary cookies, contact form data. Basis: Necessary cookies – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)); analytical/marketing cookies – only based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Retention Period
Purpose / Processing Period: Contractual/accounting documents: For the duration of the contractual relationship + 10 years from the end of the accounting period. Inquiries and correspondence: Usually 2 years from the last contact. Protection of rights and claims: For the duration of the relevant limitation periods (typically 3–5 years). Recruitment: Until the termination of the procedure; for other selection procedures max. 1 year based on consent. Marketing based on consent: Until consent is withdrawn / unsubscribed. Cookies: According to type and provider – see cookie settings on the website.
Recipients and Processors
We transfer data only to the necessary extent to trusted recipients: – IT/hosting and website management providers, – accounting and tax advisors, – carriers and courier services, – e-mailing/CRM providers (if used), – cooperating technology suppliers (e.g., surface treatments, heat treatments).
We have concluded data processing agreements with all processors. Transfer outside EU/EEA: We do not perform such transfers unless required by a specific service (e.g., cloud). In such cases, transfer takes place under approved mechanisms (SCC/adequacy decisions).
Your Rights
You have the right to request: – access to personal data, – their correction or deletion, – restriction of processing, – to raise an objection (especially against processing based on legitimate interest and for direct marketing), – data portability, – to withdraw consent at any time, if provided.
Submit a request electronically to info@tosmont.cz or by mail to the registered seat address. If you believe that a violation of legal regulations is occurring, you can file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Security
We protect personal data with technical and organizational measures (access control, encrypted transfers, backups, internal rules, and contractual safeguards for processors). Only authorized employees have access to the extent necessary for their work.
Cookies
We use cookies on the website: • Necessary (technical) – ensure the functionality of the website and forms (legitimate interest). • Analytical – measure traffic and help improve the web (only with consent). • Preference/Marketing – personalization and remarketing (only with consent).

Special Provisions – Drawings and 3D/2D Data
Drawings, models, and technical documentation supplied by the customer are considered confidential. We share them exclusively with necessary processors/cooperation partners for the purpose of production and we protect them contractually (NDA/processing agreements).

We may update these principles, especially due to changes in legal regulations or services provided. The current version is always available on this page.
